We only use green coffee beans that are ethically sourced and fair trade certified from our importers. It is important to make sure that the farmers are paid properly for their product, and the farms are able to remain sustainable far into the future. Without the farm, we don't have the incredible coffee we all love.

We roast our coffee to the perfect level to showcase the individual and unique flavors of each origin in our collection. We try to be sure to have varieties that range from acidic and fruity to earthy and chocolaty. We pride ourselves on delivery a clean and flavorful cup of coffee every time.

Both whole bean and ground coffee is available. We grind the coffee to a medium grind that is versitile for however you prepare your coffee, from a pour over to a drip coffee maker. We understand we all have different ways to brew our coffee, and we want everyone to enjoy however it is you brew.
